in DKI Jakarta, Prabowo-Sandiaga Targets 60 Percent of Voice

The Chairperson of National Secretary Prabowo Subianto and Sandiaga Uno Muhammad Taufik believed that the candidate pair vice presidential candidate number 02 would dominate the votes in the Jakarta area. Although the 2014 presidential election in Prabowo's vote in DKI is still narrowly defeated by Jokowi, Taufik is optimistic his condition will turn around. He said, putting up the target of 60 percent of the votes in DKI could be achieved.

"Lacking a bit (our 2014 presidential election) we believe that in Jakarta we will win 60 percent of our target," Taufik said when met at Prabowo-Sandi National Secretariat, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday.

Taufik did not want to meet the target. He also explained that the planned relocation of the Prabowo-Sandi National Winning Body (BPN) headquarters in Central Java was not a consideration because the target of 60 percent in Jakarta would have been fulfilled.

"We have no relationship with moving. We work, the target is 60 percent. Moving is part of the strategy. If we want the center in Central Java," he said.

The Chairperson of the Jakarta Gerindra DPD reflected on the results of the 2014 Presidential Election. Prabowo's voice in Central Java was still far from being burned. Therefore, the BPN overhauled the strategy by making the main headquarters in the 'bull shed'.

"Especially from the past experience that we lost Central Java is pretty good. So it's only natural that then the center is in Central Java. I think it's natural. That's a strategy," said Taufik. [
